"When I found out I was pregnant for the second time I knew I wanted it to be different than my first pregnancy. With my first child I had a Cesarean Section which brought a difficult recovery. I really wanted to try to have a VBAC (Vaginal Birth after a Cesarean). I knew that having a doula statistically cuts the chances for a C-Section in half! I was so blessed to have Cami as my doula. She was a great support through my entire pregnancy. She recommended some great books specifically about VBAC's so I could educate myself as much as possible for this experience. Cami always answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Then when labor began, it seemed like days before my daughter was born. Cami was able to reassure me during the tough times and gave advice as to when to go to the hospital. Her likeable personality makes you feel like you have a life long girlfriend in the delivery room! Cami is very experienced and confident in her field.
